TERMS & CONDITIONS

The buyer's premium for this sale is 24% + VAT on buyers' premium (29.8% Total). Lots sold are only released or shipped after payment. Lots shall be paid within 7 days from reception of the invoice. Following full payment they will be shipped to the buyer.

Lot-Art has no responsibility for shipping. As a courtesy, Lot-Art will assist the buyer with retrieving a shipment quotation from a reputable shipping company. The buyer is responsible to pay for all shipping costs. Items are sold As-Is.

JURISDICTION AND LAW

The auction is subject to Dutch law. All disputes concerning the validity, the execution or the dissolution of the sale will be the exclusive competence of the courts of The Netherlands.

If lots are not paid within 10 days from the reception of the invoice, from the 11th day a fee of 5 euro/day will be charged to each lot for storage.
